so I got this off the Expresso Morning show for those of u ladies tht has missed it:
Makes 12 NUTTY caramel PANCAKES
For the batter:1 1/4 cups Low fat or fat free milk2 eggs1 Tbs canola oil1 1/3 cups cake flour - if you are gluten intolerant, use arrowroot or potato flour
For the filling:4 Tbs Nestle Caramel treat100 ml cream, whipped100g toasted walnuts, chopped40g Nestle milk chocolate, gratedTo serve:Dusting of Nestle hot chocolate powder
Whisk together the milk, eggs and oil.Slowly whisk in the flour to form a thin, smooth batter.Heat a lightly greased pan then add a ladle of batter.Lift and tilt the pan to spread batter around pan.Cook on one side until bubbles form on the surface.Flip over and cook on the other side for a minute.Place the caramel treat into a bowl and mix to loosen mixture until smooth.Fold in the whipped cream.Spread 1 tablespoon of caramel cream onto each pancake then sprinkle on the walnuts and milk chocolate.Fold pancake over and dust with hot chocolate powder to serve.
