Here's a recipe that the kids will love:
Dip a whole, unpeeled banana into boiling water. Spray lemon juice over the peeled banana to prevent it from going brown. Halve it and trim the round ends so that you’re left with straight edges. Melt a chocolate slab slowly in a glass bowl over a pot of simmering water. Dip half the banana sections in the chocolate, roll them in some crushed nuts and place in the fridge to chill and to harden the chocolate. Once the chocolate is hard, scoop out a hole in the top of the banana, fill with caramel and enjoy!
