Bubble pizza Ingredients for Pizza Dough

5 cups all-purpose 1 1/2 cups warm milk 7 tbsp oil 2 milk powder 1/4 tsp baking powder 2 level tbsp instant yeast 2 tsp salt 1 tbsp sugar

Pizza Toppings I simply used Tomato ketchup to spread on the base Chicken boiled n shredded boneless 200 gms 1 cup Capsium (i used all the colors avaiable;red n yellow) 2 tsp sweet corn 1/2 cup Onion chopped Oregano for topping 2 cups mozzarella & cheddar cheese, grated 2 cups egg for egg wash sesame seeds

Method

Alfredo sauce for the topping

To make the Alfredo sauce melt 1/4 cup butter in a pan and add 1 tsp garlic, saute for about 2 minutes then add 1/2 cup cream and 1/2 cup cheese and sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper(be careful while adding salt coz the cheese already is sour). Stir to blend all the ingredients together.when cools down blend in a blender to form a thick paste

prepare the Pizza Dough

Mix all the dry ingredients and the oil, then slowly start adding the warm milk a little at a time. Get it to a soft dough, knead it very well for at least 10 minutes or more if possible.

Dab a touch of oil all over the dough, then cover it and place it somewhere warm.(I preheat my oven to 200 degrees ; thn switch off it n place the dough in it for rising) Leave it to rise to double its size, takes about 30 minutes to an hour depending on the weather.

Once risen, give it a quick knead and then divide the dough into 2 equal parts.

Roll half of the dough to about 12", then place it on a greased pizza tray.

Divide the second part of the dough into small balls, fill each one with grated mozarella. Seal the balls well and place them all around the border of the pizza.

Lightly cover the pizza and let it sit for about 15 minutes.

Spread the ketchup on the base first, sprinkle some cheese n alfredo sauce and then add toppings. Sprinkle some more cheese ;oregano n alfredo sauce on top. Then brush the balls on the border of the pizza with the egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds.
