I don’t know if it’s better or I’m more informed and can better manage my EM.

Has anyone ever gotten better over time?!

Mine has gotten better by learning what things trigger flare ups for me and avoiding them. Sometimes my body has a mind of its own but I would say since mine has gotten better. I'm pretty much at a peak though with doing everything I can to avoid a flare up. Some relief is better than none.

Can you share what has helped you?

What caused your EM? If you know.

Yes, you can only prevent it from getting worse, but it's hard to make better.

How can you prevent it from getting worse?

yes, very good question...

I think a good way to keep it from getting worse it to try your best to keep your feet from getting to cold, and don't shock them with cold water or ice packs etc.. I know it's tempting and sometimes you just need some relief, but try and avoid doing that if possible. And when you do don't go to extreme, try room temp or cool, but not ice cold

Those things aren’t what causes / caused my EM from progressing. Mine is caused from the progression of my nerve damage worsening which isn’t caused by temperature. My EM isn’t limited to my feet either.
