In this group we have so many need to spend tons of bucks on expensive toppings etc when u can make your own.....and I LOVE BEING IN MY KITCHEN!!Choc sauce....I got this recipe from Fauzia's kitchen fun.....awesome and versatile for toppings or puddings

INGREDIENTS For CHOCOLATE PUDDING1½ cups of milk1 oz. (30 g) of butter - 2 tbsp.4 tbsp. of sugar4 tbsp. of Cadbury's cocoa powder2 tbsp. of cream1½ tbsp. of corn flour (more for thicker sauce)½ tsp. of vanilla essenceINSTRUCTIONS

Blend together the milk, sugar, cocoa powder and corn flour with a whisk until a smooth paste has formed.

Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and heat over a medium heat until the mixture begins to boil.

Reduce the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

Remove the pan from the stove and add the butter. Stir the butter until it melts and blends into the sauce mixture.

Finally, add the vanilla essence and the cream and stir well.

Make sure the chocolate sauce is completely cool before drizzling over the cheesecake.
