Cinnamon buns recipe

Cinnamon buns.7 cups cake flour.5ml salt.10gr instant dry yeast.375 ml milk.125ml water.125gr butter.2 large eggs.Method.Sift flour nd salt,add sugar nd yeast nd mix well. Make a well in da centre. Heat milk,butter and water in a saucepan until butter is melted. Allow 2 cool slightly. Add eggs,beat mixture well and add 2 flour nd mix until soft. Turn out on a lightly floured surface,knead abt 5min. Shape in2 a ball,place in oiled bowl nd cover,allow 2 rise in warm place until doubled in size. Knock back,divide dough in half. Roll out in2 rectangles. Spread softened butter nd cinnamon sugar over dough. Roll up like a swiss roll,cut in2 slices. Place on a greased bakin pan nd bake on 180 for 20 to 25 min. Wen cooled drizzle wit glace icing.
