ENGLISH BIRYANI.....a biryani with a differrence 1 CHICKEN DISJOINTED AND WASHED – MASALA WITH

1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 1 TSP GINGER/GARLIC, 1TSP FRESH CRUSHED RED CHILLIES, 1TSP SALT, 1 TSP AROMAT . NEXT BOIL 2 CUPS OF RICE (i prefer basmati but you can use any) THEN IN ANOTHER POT TAKE 2 MEDUIM CHOPPED TOMATOES, 1 TSP SALT, 1 CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER, 1 CUP MIX VEGETABLES( EITHER MIX FATASTIQUE OR ORDINARY), 1TSP CRUSHED GARLIC, 1/2TSP CRUSHED RED CHILLIES AND 3-4TBLSP GHEE OR BUTTER – SIMMER ALTOGETHER TILL VEG ARE ALMOST DONE. MIX IN YOUR BOILED RICE LIGHTLY. GREASE OVEN CASSEROLE DISH OR TRAY. PLACE MARINATED CHICKEN AND TOP WITH RICE MIXTURE. LASTLY ADD SPRINKLE OF CHEESE ON TOP AND A FEW BLOBS OF BUTTER OR GHEE.(IF YOU WANT DRIZZLE 125G FRESH CREAM BEFORE THE CHEESE- I DON’T COS I FIND IT TOO RICH). BAKE FOR ABOUT AN HOUR OR WHEN YOU SEE NO WATER. PITY I CANNOT TAKE A PICTURE BUT THIS DOES LOOK YUMMY AND PRETTY
