I'm so impressed with how light n fluffy this pizza came out considering the novice I am. I put crushed garlic, onion n green pepper in before baking. Toppings separate as I didn't know what they wanted. ( husby packed on all toppings at once) It fed 4 adults. 1 pkt instant yeast 2 table spoons sugar 1/4 cup olive oil 2 tsp course salt (used table salt) 4 cups all purpose flour Pour 1 1/2 cups warm water into large bowl sprinkle with yeast n let stand till foamy 5 min. Whisk sugar, oil n salt into yeast mixture. Add flour n stir until sticky dough forms. Brush dough with oil n cover with plastic wrap. Set aside in sunny, draft free area until dough has doubled. Turn onto lightly floured surface n gently knead 1 or 2 times before using. Bake in 180degree until golden on top. Makes two regular size crusts. I halved it n used one which fed 4 adults for lunch. Other half can be plastic wrapped n freeze for 3 months.
