Hi everyone This is s long post!!! Wow it been an exciting few days here Here's what happened a few days ago (Tuesday night ) I was driving home from my yoga class when suddenly a stray dog crossed my path I couldn't avoid the dog and hit her with my car My first emotion was fear / panic my first thought was oh no I killed this dog What happening next was amazing I thought STOP..... I felt calm I knew the dog was ok I just felt it. The fear disappeared there was concern of course but not ear I just knew I had to grab this dog as scampered off to the side of the road I got the dog into my car and it was full of beans!!! Happy bright and a little bit silly!!! It had no ID tags I took the dog home and called my friend Yasemin Maxwell who suggested a wonderful vet hospital My husbands first response when we looked it up on the map was oh bummer it's a long way to go he said it's a good half hour away by this stage it was getting very late But nope nothing stopped me But again I just knew it was right it felt like there were no questions to be answered It's like the car was driving itself almost because I wasn't worried about getting lost or the HOW, the whole way there

lthe old me would have panicked and been quite anxious (the old me didn't like driving to unknown destinations )

arrived at the pet hospital it took me about ten mins to arrive all the traffic lights were green This was good really good I walked in straight away somebody helped and within ten mins I was on my way The vet nurse took my details and said they would call me in the morning I went home and felt good and very calm I felt like i had done what needed to happen The following morning the vet called and said the dog was perfectly fine And the owners had collected the dog an hour after I dropped her off This made me so happy!!!!! She said may I pass your details on the owners want to thank you Again I just knew it was fine to do this The owners then rung me and expressed their gratitude Can you imagine how lovely this felt to know that my actions had created feelings of relief and gratitude? What a rewarding experience that was!! Yesterday I came home to find a wonderful gift on our doorstep from the lost dog owners

It was a gift voucher for a day spa place the very one that I used to visit when I was working before I had my children I have not been back their since but it was interesting that I had imagined the very place that morning it came up in conversation while I was having my hair done at a hairdressing salon The stylist said have you seen our spa rooms? and proceeded to show me They were lovely! But it was at that point I imagined the favourite place just so quickly but I felt the feeling of being there and the smell of the place etc I heard the music I sortof think that happened within about five seconds then I tuned back in to the stylist and replied yes they are lovely! But I have a favourite place already Deep down I felt that wouldn't settle for this place for a spa treatment I felt it wasn't nearly as lovely as what I had just imagined Then to arrive home and find the packaged up voucher of the exact place I had just imagined back at the hair salon!!! Wow it blew my mind Sorry for the long post I have been wondering since yesterday afternoon how to explain this experience!!! All I know is This stuff is real!!!

THAT makes my day! Can't wait to share with Victoria!
