Imagine your life without the deep rooted fear....how would you feel? Would you smile when you think of that fear knowing it no longer impacts your life? Act from THAT state....

right, maybe i didnt do it enough. it comes every now and then, when i thought i have overcome it. suddenly this fear comes unexpectedly.

Revision! It definitely works like a CHARM in creating an anxiety-free life for myself at the moment (you probably remember my post from two days ago about chronic stomach knots). So take some of your core memories of being struck by fear and REVISE them to something you would have preferred to happen. Make it a short little scene aswell and repeat it until it feels real. I usually can already feel the anxiety decreasing WHILE doing the revision itself?

i remember that. i just woke up this morning and felt like i am resonating my husband who is in a big trouble right now. i thought i was free of fear but it suddenly struck me, so i came here asking. ok, i will do it more vividly and more often.

And when it strikes unexpectedly, a powerful thing to do is just STOP for a moment and look at the trigger (whether it is a thought, perception or a feeling). Look at it and honestly ask yourself "Does this have any meaning in itself if I don't give it any meaning?". A thought in itself is just a mental noise or a mental picture, it doesn't contain ANY meaning. You're the Creator by being the Lord of meaning. Ask yourself this, notice the GAP and breathing space that opens up by not giving something ANY meaning at all for a moment. Rest there and see what happens?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) aka Tapping.

NOTHING physical is the cause...... or the solution....

I know. But we are physical beings (apparently) and these things get stuck in our bodies and energy circuits and neurology. EFT is obviously not the only way to shift these old patterns but it can be very fast and powerful.

It works, just like skipping works.... It breaks a physical pattern.... But the cause.... is imaginal......

I could imagine skipping, or tapping, and it will work just as well.....

Or I can use the tools, and take care of business right away.

Just pointing this all out, because for many, it gets in the way of Buying The Pearl.?

True. But many have to clear away all sorts of stuff before they can get what the Pearl is all about.

I love EATING well, and find that SUGAR is often a problem for people emotionally. But i won't suggest changing diet, or eliminating sugar....

Until they IMAGINE FIRST, and move into their chosen state....

Once they are in their chosen state, emotionally stable or fear free for example.... THEN if they want to make a decision about sugar or food, they will be drawn to it.

Putting 'physical first' is always backwards....

For what it's worth, I've TAUGHT TAPPING, back in the old days..... And walked away from it, once I discovered it was totally optional....

OMG! i have a long chain of losing experiences to revise in order to eliminate this fear tha i might lose what i have now, my house and others. thanks for all the words, it really proves that whatever we ask for, there is abundant of it already there. i asked for advice and everyone gave it. i am now going to do my work

You don't need to revise them all. Just pick a few... Maybe the earliest.... maybe the most recent....

I too find sometimes I have so much fear my body is shaking. I have to go to the first principle and BE STILL AND KNOW.... be still.... be in the silence.... KNOW WHO YOU ARE AND THAT YOU ARE SAFE... and You can create any situation you want. FEAR IS A STATE... and most people who follow Neville Goddard teachings know that you can move out of any state any state and you can move yourself into a better one, a lovely one. WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL LOVELY?

thanks, after 6 hours of feeling fear, reading these comments. they mentioned the tools more than once. i asked myself, which one to revise? my feelings of fear or the situation or the past experiences which might have caused this fear to live in me? i contemplated on that and then finally i decided to go back when i was in college where i remember feeling too anxious bcause my parents delayed sending money to pay my fees.. revised that into another experience. then many more followed. now im feeling relieved. i will do it again for few more times

I know I am repeating some of the people above, but seriously, BE STILL and know that you can fall into a more lovely state just by changing what you are thinking about and focusing on what you WANT to happen.... I was a nervous wreck on Friday, I was at work, nearly having a nervous breakdown for sure! and at work, I had to just calm myself, be still inside my own mind, and within minutes I was thinking "Why was I so worried". That night I went home and revised the whole day and I felt so much better. And the next day, I had no worries about what I worried about on Friday.

Why didn't this conversation didn't happened last Wednesday?! Ugh!?

Yes, but for some people this is easier said than done. Just saying.

I was talking about, this morning I woke up and as i open my eyes and saw those beautiful walls i have painted by myself, it suddenly occured to me what if i lose this place where i am currently staying which i love. This was also because my husband is facing now some situation on his job where, a very difficult situation. Aside from that, he also does side business of buying and selling things, where the same situation is there, clients arent paying, therefore our money is stuck and there is no guarantee that they will pay. So money stuck plus husband's difficult situation with his employers is my husband's situation now. I stayed unaffected until this morning, when this fear that WHAT IF WE WILL END UP WITH THE SAME SITUATION WE HAD BEFORE.. This made me feeling bit worried that is why I asked here for ervyone's suggestions.

For my money - and based on my experience - the ONLY way to permanently remove fear and reduce it to it's native nothingness is to learn how to reason so you can get to the truth that the fear is covering up. If you'd like to PM me, perhaps we can have a chat and I'll help you with this.

I came here yesterday to ask for suggestions about how to deal with that anxiety or fear i suddenly felt in the morning. It was a fear that what happened might happen again this time. I feared experiencing that again. ET says when a negative emotion comes up, usually just being aware with it will make it weaker until it gets transformed. I do that and it good but this time it was more.. I received many suggestions from this group and after moments of thinking what to do and how to do it, where to start and which one to do first I decided to go back from that earliest time i remember feeling fear, I revised that into something felt good. Then I went to the next, then next, then next until I reach this present moment. Then it actually was releiving to have re-WRITTEN the past as it deactivates the effect of that what we call negative experiences. So i re -wrote my memory into a happy one. Im continuing to do this not only with the fear inducing memories but also with the not so good ones,too. Im making a happy childhood for me,,
