How to cook steak and potato pie

INGREDIENTS Combine the following ingredients to 500grm cubed steak,1 teaspoon ghee (Clarified butter),1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon fresh red chillies,1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon steak and chops spice, 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper,3 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon mustard sauce,1 tablespoon chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon mayonaise,2 tomatoes liquidized. marinate for at least 1 hour METHOD Cook on high and den lower heat,cook till tender.

Cube 2 small potatoes,and boil,add to cooked steak.

Grease a rectangular oven proof dish,roll out Fatima's puff pastry to fit the base and sides of the dish.

Spoon steak mixture over Fatima's puff pastry.

Roll out more Fatima's puff pastry and cut a rectangle to fit the top of the pie. Press sides down with your thumb. brush with egg yolks.

Take a sharp knife and cut squares deep into the pastry.sprinkle sesame seeds and bake in a pre heated oven till golden brown.
