For everyone who wondered what they could do with milk powder especially if you bought it to make the top deck dessert.

1 cup powdered milk1 1/2 cups lukewarm water1 (1/4 ounce) package instant yeast1/2 cup sugar1/4 cup melted butter1 teaspoon salt1 beaten egg4 1/2 cups flourServes: 20 Yield: rollsUS MetricDirections:In a large bowl combine thedissolve the powdered milkand sugar in the warmwater and then stir in theyeast. Allow to proof until acreamy foam forms.Stir in the beaten egg,melted butter and salt.Then slowly add the 4 1/2cups flour or enough tomake a soft dough.Knead on a lightly flouredsurface until smooth. Placein a well oiled bowl and turnto coat. Cover with plasticwrap.Let rise until doubled inbulk, about 1 hour. Punchdown and let rise untildoubled in bulk again.Pre-heat oven to 400degrees, shape into 20 rollsand place in a 9 x 13greased cake pan. Coverand let rise until doubled.Bake for 20 minutes or untilgolden brown.
