300 gm boneless chicken strips2 potatoes, cut into thin strips1 small onion, sliced2 cloves garlic, minced2 tomatoes, chopped2 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp turmeric powder1 tsp cumin powder1 tsp coriander powder1 tsp summaaq1 stick cinnamon3 cloves
Heat some oil and sauté the onion till brown. Add the cinnamon, cloves and garlic and stir for a minute longer. Add the turmeric, cumin, coriander and sumac. Mix well then add the potatoes, half of the tomatoes and all of the chilli and salt. Mix well and cook till potatoes are almost done. Add some water if necessary.
When the potatoes are almost cooked, add the chicken and cook till chicken is just done. Add the rest of the tomatoes and additional greenchillies. Enjoy!
