Pasta topped with Cheese and fatimas samoosa Pur or fatimas springroll pastry
4 chicken fillet cut into small cubes 1 small onion sliced ½ tsp whole jeero 1 heaped tsp garlic Salt and pepper Crushed Red chillies (fresh) 1 tsp chillie powder 1 tsp dhana jeera ¼ tsp tumeric
*saute onions with jeera in some ghee/oil until it gets soft then add rest of ingredients above and braise for a minute. Add chicken fillet and cook till water is burnt out. Then add the ffg:
1 cup grated tomato 2 tab tomato paste 3 tab steers mustard sauce 3 tab steers garlic sauce 1 tin creamstyle corn (optional) ¼ cup of fresh cream Chopped dhania
*cook above with chicken till a thick sauce has formed. Taste for salt again and leave pot aside. *now boil pasta of your choice till al dente (firm but not cooked through). Drain pasta and put back into pot. *now add the sauce with chicken to pasta and cook on low for about 5min. *when ready to serve, pour out into serving dish, top with cheddar cheese and fried fatimas pur. Enjoy!
*for pur u just cut into strips and fry. U can use fatimas samoosa pur, pr fatimas springroll pastry works just as well.
