now if folks are really interested in nailing this in the shortest amount of time.. instead of doing it every hour I will give you something backed by nearly a century of testing..
first apply the tools like I suggested above
then instead of every hour.. do it 2 to 3 times a day.. but use what hypnotist Dave Elman discovered a long long time ago and named "fractionation"
this is where you get fully into sats.. then come back out, open your eyes.. then close your eyes and go right back in
each time you come out and go right back in.. two things happen
1-.. you go faster...
2- you go deeper
so.. you quickly get the feeling of getting fully into sats quicker and deeper
so go in.. come out, go in, come out.. go in, come out..
3, 4 5 times in a row
even if it takes 10 minutes the first time.. each successive time you go right back in will be much less
doing this 2 or 3 times a day... along with applying the tools like suggested above.. will be the shortest path to nailing this
