Today, I want to talk about the power of visualization. It has been proven time and time again, that visualization is a real and powerful tool that we can use to change our life.
Professional athletes use visualization techniques to see themselves winning in their event. Public Speakers will often visualize themselves on stage delivering a speech well before they ever step onto the stage at the next big event. Psychologist encourage their clients to visualize calm and serene settings to deal with stress and anxiety. Today however, I want you to visualize what a average day looks like in your dream life.
What do you do from the time you get up to the time you go to bed? How are you enjoying life? What keeps you going and feeling grateful?
Below I will share an example of a visualization from my own personal life. This is just one example of my perfect day within my perfect life.
Please take the time to read, enjoy the attached pictures and then I hope you will be inspired to write your own visualization down on paper, and more importantly, feel what it will be like to live your dream life.
Everything is possible!
Visualize - Imagine a Day in the Life You Dream of Living
My visualization goes something like this...
I wake up without an alarm clock. I wake up when I am ready. I begin the day expressing gratitude and thanks. I walk into my gorgeous kitchen and see my family there eating a wonderful breakfast. We are planning our next family vacation. We try to do at least four family trips per year. This time however, we are planning a trip to Paris and will be staying at the Disneyland Resort in Paris.
The kids are excited as am I. We are only focused on what we are going to do and how much fun it will be. We don't have any stress or worry about how much it will costs because we are financially secure. To be frank, we are rich!
After breakfast I jump into my customized Jeep and take my youngest one to her private school. We play silly games while driving to school.
I walk her into school once we have arrived and she asks me for one more kiss and a bear hug. I lift her up and hug her tightly and give her a parting kiss on the forehead.
I hit the gym and get my workout done. Now, It is almost lunch time so I call my wife and ask her if she would like to join me on a lunch date in a very classy new restaurant. We finalize our plans and meet there for a fantastic meal.
We head home. I do a few things in my office while my wife goes shopping with a few of her girlfriends.
I meet with a few coaching clients online, and ensure they are on track for success. I help them recognize the potential to live the dream of their life and we make progress towards their personal goals.
I wrap up with my last client around the time my wife and kids have returned home.
We go out for pizza and catch the latest family film in the the theater. It is awesome and we have a blast.
We go home, get ready for bed and enjoy a wonderful night of peaceful rest. I lay cuddled next to my wife and once again, express my gratitude for all I have been given.
I hope your day was as good as mine my dear friends! I have included a few pics from a day in my life!
Warmest Regards, Mickey G. Rose
